1.    How do I place my dessert order?
Customers can place dessert orders by completing the dessert consultation form on the website and by phone.

2.    When should I place my order?
Customers are advised to place their orders a minimum of one week prior to their event. During the holidays and busy summer months, customers should place their order 2-3 weeks prior to their event. For weddings and large celebrations, inquire with our dessert specialist.

3.    What if I have a food allergy?
Our dessert products may contain egg, milk, soy, tree nuts, wheat, and peanuts. We are not a nut-free company and we do not process our desserts in a nut-free facility. See product labels for allergy information.

4.    How do I store my desserts?
Desserts should be stored away from excessive heat, moisture, and sunlight. Desserts with buttercream frosting and cream cheese products should be refrigerated until ready to serve.

5.    Do your desserts have preservatives?
Our desserts are handmade and crafted in small batches without preservatives or additives.

6.    Do you charge for dessert consultations?
A dessert tasting or consultation can be scheduled. Fees may apply to personal tasting sessions.

7.    What is your company’s cancellation policy?
All orders are made to order. A cancellation fee of 50% of the processed order will be incurred if the order is cancelled within 72 hours to one week of the delivery depending upon the specific order. Notice of cancellation of a large order or custom order should be given one month in advance or there will be a specified cancellation fee per the order.

8.    Is there a fee for delivery of my dessert order?
Delivery charges will be contingent upon the specific location and mileage.

9.    Is a deposit required for my order?
All large orders and dessert party packages will be charged a 50% deposit fee. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery and pickup.

10.    Do I have to sign a contract?
Customers who order a large quantity or place a large order for delivery will complete and sign a Dessert Proposal.

11.    Can my dessert order be shipped?
Our company provides shipping for a selected number of our dessert products. See our website for our online store.

12. Does your company design dessert tables?
Our company offers dessert party packages, dessert favors, and dessert tables for a variety of occasions and themes.
